I silksceened the original image in many layers onto paper. Next, I cut slits into the paper and wove metallic ribbon through the slits to signify the union of th two forms. The edge of the piece was sewn multiple times on my serger. Finally, I sealed the piece in a light gloss. It is signed on the back.
